ITC Exclusion Order Now Prohibits Importation of Infringing Digital Televisions

OSAKA – Funai Electric Co., Ltd. announced today that the International Trade Commission (“ITC”) and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“Federal Circuit”) both have denied motions to stay the ITC’s remedial orders that were filed by VIZIO and others.
